Where are you located?
AiTsukiArt is located in the United States, California.

Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, I only ship within United States on here. Hopefully, I can expand to international shipping in the future!

Can I return, refund?
I unfortunately do not allow any returns unless it was a mistake within the order on my end like sending in the wrong item, wrong size. (All sales are final and no returns, exchanges, or cancellations will be accepted.)

What is a preorder item?
Preorder item is an item that has not yet been produced. It is essentially reserving the item in advance before it is in-stock. Preordered items will not ship immediately and can take several weeks to months to be produced, quality checked and then shipped out.

Can I cancel my preorder?
No, as mentioned in our shop policy, all orders (preorders and in stocks) are final and cannot be cancelled.

Can I combine separate orders?
Unfortunately, I currently do not combine orders.

What does "P4P" mean?
P4P stands for "Pay for Production". For P4P items, you will be paying for the manufacturing cost, packaging materials, and payment fees.
