Shipping Policy

Please note that AitsukiArt is currently only shipping within the United States!

• All orders are shipped from the United States. On average, packages may take about 2-3 weeks to reach their destination. (Please be patient as it may take us sometime to process/prepare your order)

• All personal information you provide will be handled by AitsukiArt. The personal information you provide will be used to ensure correct delivery, conduct credit assessment, and to share product information with you. 

• If a product is sold out, AiTsukiArt reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the amount paid back to the customer.

• All orders come with a tracking number. You will receive a tracking number through e-mail once your shipping label has been printed. (Please understand that we are not responsible for any missing or lost parcels delivered through third party services so we cannot offer to replace or refund your order in these events.)

• If you placed an order that contains a preorder item, your whole order will not ship until the preorder items are finished and arrive to me. Please note that pre-order items can take up to 1 to 3 months to be manufactured and  reach me before I can ship it out. To receive your in stock items first, please order them separately from the pre-order items.
