Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering from this store. By placing an order, you agree to and understand these terms and conditions.
Returns, Changes, and Exchanges

All sales are final and no returns, exchanges, or cancellations will be accepted. There will be no refund on shipping fees as well. Once an order is placed, the items cannot be changed. I unfortunately do not allow any returns unless it was a mistake within the order on my end (such as sending in the wrong item, wrong size, etc).
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Please send me a photo of the wrong or defective item within 3 days of receiving the package and I will get back to you shortly within 48-72 hours. Thank you for your understanding!
- Exception: In the case where an order is sent back to us for reasons like package not picked up, accepted, customs fees never paid for, the order may be shipped out again but charged an additional shipping fee to ship again. An order may be refunded in this case if the buyer no longer wants the items, but the shipping fees previously paid for the items before will not be refunded.
- If you would like to change address, please email me with your order number and updated address. Addresses are the buyer's responsibility and are responsible for keeping me up to date with any address changes. I am not responsible for resending a parcel if it was sent to the wrong address or lost in transit due to a wrong address written on the buyer's part.
- Please also understand that I am not responsible for any damages caused in delivery transit and the speed of delivery. Once the package leaves my hands, I do not have any control over the travel speed or condition of your package.
